What you get
- A written scope: what it does, what it doesn't, what counts as finished, and a fixed price.
- The build, tested by hand on a phone and a laptop before you see it.
- Two rounds of changes on each piece of work.
- A handover: the code or files, logins in your name, and short written instructions.
- Fixes for 30 days after you accept it, if something doesn't match the scope.
- Chatbots that answer from your own material. When one doesn't know, it says so and passes the person to you. It tells people they're talking to an automated assistant.

- Access to the accounts it has to work with, added as a user. You add us as a user on your accounts. We never take ownership of an account, and you can remove our access whenever you like.

We email the statement of work with a delivery date, and the first invoice. Builds are paid half up front, half on delivery.

We hand over the code, the logins and the instructions, and send the second invoice.
- 30 days after
Anything that doesn't match the scope, we fix.

What you risk: nothing for the quote, which is free. The build is a fixed price you see before you pay, half up front, and we fix anything that doesn't match the scope for 30 days.

Who owns the code?
You do, once it's paid. Our own reusable tools and templates stay ours, and you get a licence to keep using them as part of what we built. Clause 10 of the terms of service has the details.
Can you work with my existing tools?
Usually, if they have a way in, like an API, a webhook or an email address. We check before quoting and tell you if they don't.
Do you do hourly work?
We quote fixed prices so you know the cost up front. Changes beyond the scope are quoted the same way before we start them.
Who are you?
Autonomics AI is the trading name of AutonomicsAI LLP, registered in India (LLPIN ADA-5258). It's a small studio, so you deal with Sean, the person doing the work. More about us.
Where are you based?
Bangalore, India. We work with clients in the US and keep US business hours by arrangement, so a call at 10 am your time is fine if you book it. Email gets a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
Can I talk to someone?
Yes. Use the contact form or email [email protected], and suggest two times for a 15-minute call. You'll talk to Sean. Nobody will call you unless you ask.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for first drafts and for checking our own work. A person reads and tests everything before it goes on your site or reaches one of your customers, and we'll tell you which parts were drafted with AI.
