1. What we deliver
We sell digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically. Everything we deliver is set up online, on your own website and accounts, or sent to you by email as files or links.
2. When it is delivered
- Free audit: a written note on your public pages, usually within one business day of your request.
- Pilot (roofers, remodelers, exporters): live within 7 days of the day we have both your content and the access we asked for. The clock pauses while drafts are with you for review. If it is not live in that time, you get the pilot fee back, as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
- Builds and other fixed-price work: on the dates in the statement of work you accept before paying.
- Monthly plans: run continuously from go-live, billed monthly in advance, with a report each month.
- Pay-per-meeting: meetings are booked into your calendar as they are confirmed, within the period set in the statement of work.
3. How you receive it
We send a short handover email when each piece goes live: what was set up, where it is, how to use it, and a recorded walkthrough where useful. Accounts, domains and profiles stay in your name.
4. If something is late or wrong
Email [email protected]. We reply within one business day. Fixes for anything we built that does not work as agreed are covered by our terms of service.
