The audit arrives by email, with each problem tied to the page where we found it. If nothing needs fixing, it says so.
- When you say go
The pilot. One fixed piece of work, paid up front and credited as setup. It goes live within 7 days of us getting your content and access, or the pilot fee comes back to you.
- Every month after, if you want
The retainer. We keep it running, make small changes and check it monthly. Paid monthly in advance.

Founding clients: the first 3 in each trade get 50% off the pilot or setup and pay the normal retainer. We may ask to show the work as a case study. Reviews are never part of that deal.
The terms, in plain words
- Pilots are paid in full up front. Full builds are half up front, half on delivery. Retainers are paid monthly in advance.
- After the minimum term, cancel a retainer with 30 days' notice.
- Two rounds of changes on each piece of work.
- Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
- Your domain, ad accounts and Business Profile stay in your name. We work with access you can take back.
About the 7 days
It's a promise about our process. The pilot is live within 7 days of us getting your content and access, or you get the pilot fee back. We don't promise leads, rankings or revenue, because nobody honest can.
How we use AI
Most first drafts on a project come from AI tools, mostly page copy and reply templates. Some of our checks use it too, like comparing every price on a page against your price list.
Then a person goes through all of it and tests every form by hand before anything goes live. We'd want to know this if we were hiring us, so we're telling you up front.
What you risk: nothing for the audit, which is free and needs no call. The pilot is a fixed price you see before you pay. If it isn't live within 7 days of us getting your content and access, you get the pilot fee back.

What does it cost?
The audit is free. Pilots are fixed prices: $350 for roofers, $500 for remodelers, $300 for exporters. Monthly retainers start at $297, and only if you want us to keep things running. Every price is on the prices page.
How long does it take?
You get the audit within one business day of sending the form. A pilot goes live within 7 days of us getting your content and access. If it doesn't, the pilot fee comes back to you.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. We add the quote page or form to the site you already have. If your site builder won't allow that, it can live at its own address that your site links to. The audit tells you which applies.

Autonomics AI is the trading name of AutonomicsAI LLP, registered in India (LLPIN ADA-5258). It's a small studio, so you deal with the person doing the work. More about us.

Yes, for first drafts and for checking our own work. A person reads and tests everything before it goes on your site or reaches one of your customers, and we'll tell you which parts were drafted with AI.
