What you get
- Written criteria, agreed before we start: the job titles, company size, industry and region that count. A meeting only counts if the person matches.
- A prospect list built from companies' own websites. We don't scrape directories or buy lists.
- Cold emails you approve. You see and sign off every template before anything is sent. Every email has our postal address and a working opt-out.
- Meetings booked into your calendar, each with a short note: who they are, their company, and what they said when they replied.
- No-shows replaced. If a prospect doesn't turn up, we book a replacement within 5 business days and the no-show isn't billed.

We email a statement of work with the criteria and the invoice. The $995 pilot is paid up front.
- First week
We build the prospect list and write the email templates. Nothing is sent until you approve them.
- After that
Emails go out and meetings land in your calendar. You get a note before each one.
- After 5 held meetings
You decide whether to carry on at $250 per held meeting.
We don't promise how long 5 meetings take. It depends on your market and your offer, and we'd rather tell you that now.

What you risk: nothing for the fit check, which is free. After that, each held meeting is a fixed price, and you only pay for meetings with people who match your criteria. A no-show is replaced and not billed.

What does it cost?

What counts as a held meeting?
A meeting that takes place with someone who matches the criteria in your statement of work. If you miss a booked meeting, it counts as held, so give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move one.
Who do you email?
Businesses only, at the addresses they publish themselves, and only in countries where business cold email is allowed. We don't email people in countries that need prior consent for it.
What if a meeting is a poor fit?
If the person didn't match the written criteria, it doesn't count and you don't pay for it. That's why we agree the criteria first.
What if you can't book all 5?
What happens then, and by when, is written into your statement of work before you pay anything.
Who are you?
Autonomics AI is the trading name of AutonomicsAI LLP, registered in India (LLPIN ADA-5258). It's a small studio, so you deal with Sean, the person doing the work. More about us.
Where are you based?
Bangalore, India. We work with clients in the US and keep US business hours by arrangement, so a call at 10 am your time is fine if you book it. Email gets a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
Can I talk to someone?

Do you use AI?
Yes, for first drafts and for checking our own work. A person reads and tests everything before it goes on your site or reaches one of your customers, and we'll tell you which parts were drafted with AI.
