1. Accepting these terms
By using the Sites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites. If you use the Sites for a business, you agree to these terms for that business.
These terms cover the Sites only. Our services are provided only under a signed or accepted Statement of Work and our Terms of Service for Business Clients, which take priority over these terms for those services.
2. Information on the Sites
2.1 The Sites give general information about us and our services. They are not advice, and they are not an offer that you can accept. Prices, examples, demos, audits and case studies are for illustration, may change, and do not promise any result.
2.2 We take reasonable care to keep the Sites accurate, but we do not promise that they are complete, current or error-free. Do not rely on anything on the Sites without checking it with us in writing. A contract with us is formed only as set out in our Terms of Service for Business Clients.
2.3 Free audits and samples are provided as-is, as a starting point for discussion, and create no obligation for either side.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
(a) use the Sites in a way that breaks any law, or for a fraudulent or harmful purpose;
(b) try to gain unauthorised access to the Sites, their servers or any connected system, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability except under clause 4;
(c) interfere with or overload the Sites, including by denial-of-service attacks or automated submissions;
(d) use bots, scrapers or other automated means to copy content from the Sites or to submit forms, except search-engine crawlers that obey our robots.txt;
(e) submit forms with false information, another person's details without their permission, or content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing or contains malware;
(f) use content from the Sites to train or improve AI models, or to build a competing product, without our written permission; or
(g) impersonate us, our people or our clients, or suggest that we endorse you.
We may block access, delete form submissions and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
4. Security issues
If you find a security weakness, please email [email protected] with details and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and stop testing as soon as you confirm a weakness.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 We or our licensors own the Sites and their content, including text, designs, graphics, logos, code, demos and audit formats. The names "AutonomicsAI" and "Autonomics AI" and our logos are our trade marks, whether or not registered.
5.2 You may view the Sites, print or save pages for your own reference, share links to them, and quote short passages with attribution. Any other copying, reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use needs our written permission.
5.3 Third-party names, logos and materials on the Sites belong to their owners. Fonts are used under their licences. Map data, where shown, is © OpenStreetMap contributors.
6. Links
6.1 The Sites may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
6.2 You may link to our home pages in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest any association or endorsement that does not exist. You must not frame the Sites on another site.
7. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. Our use of cookies (currently none) is described in our Cookie Statement.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Sites, or any part of them, at any time without notice. We are not liable if the Sites are unavailable.
9. Our liability
9.1 The Sites are provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations about the Sites, whether express or implied.
9.2 To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites or reliance on their content, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
9.3 If we are liable to you despite clause 9.2, our total liability arising from the Sites is limited to INR 5,000 (or its equivalent).
9.4 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
9.5 You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of clause 3.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting a new version on the Sites and updating the date at the top. Changes apply from the date of posting to your later use of the Sites. Please check this page each time you use the Sites.
11. General
11.1 If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in force.
11.2 A failure or delay in enforcing these terms is not a waiver.
11.3 These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Sites. A separate written agreement with us takes priority for its subject matter.
12. Law and disputes
12.1 These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Sites (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of India.
12.2 The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except that: (a) we may seek urgent relief to protect our intellectual property or the security of the Sites in any court with jurisdiction; and (b) if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live, if the law gives you that right.
12.3 If you are a business client, the dispute clause in our Terms of Service for Business Clients applies instead to disputes about our services.
