- No hours, address or phone on the first screen.
- No way to order; the specials live on another site.
- Seven menu items before anything useful.
AfterThe same business, rebuilt
Harbor Lane BakeryMenu
Sourdough and pastries, baked here from 5 am.
Order by 6 pm for pickup tomorrow morning. This week: cardamom buns and a seeded rye.
Order for pickup- What they sell, when they're open and where, in one screen.
- One main action: order for pickup.
- The weekly specials live on the page they own.
Harbor Lane Bakery is a business we made up to show the kind of change a rebuild makes. It isn't a client, and the address and phone number are fictional.
What you get
- One-page site, $900. One long page: what you do, prices or a menu if you want them, hours, where you are, and a contact form. Live within 10 business days of getting your content.
- Small business site, $1,800. Up to 5 pages, usually home, services, about, a page of your work and contact. Live within 15 business days.
- Site with a quote or booking form, $2,900. The 5-page site plus a form that sends the customer a written reply within about a minute and alerts you, the same setup as our quote pages for roofers. Live within 20 business days.
- In every tier: the writing (from a short questionnaire and your notes), design, a phone-first build, the domain and hosting set up in your name, page titles and descriptions for search, your Google Business Profile linked, and a check on real phones before launch.
- Two rounds of changes, and 30 days of fixes after launch for anything that doesn't match the scope.
What we need from you
- Your business name, what you sell, your area, hours and contact details.
- Photos you own, or permission to use ones you've paid for. We don't use stock photos unless you ask.
- Your domain login, or we register one in your name and you pay the registrar directly.
- One person who answers questions and approves the drafts.
You add us as a user on your accounts. We never take ownership of an account, and you can remove our access whenever you like.
How it goes
- Today
You send the form with your current site, or 'none'.
- Within 1 business day
The review arrives by email: what we'd change, the tier we'd suggest and why. If your site is fine, we say so.
- You say go
A short statement of work with the pages, the launch date and the invoice for half the price.
- Week 1
You fill in the questionnaire and send photos. We write the pages and show you a first design on a real link.
- Weeks 2 to 4
Two rounds of changes, then we test every page and form on phones and laptops. The launch date pauses only while a draft waits for you.
- Launch
It goes live on your domain. You get the logins, a one-page guide to editing it, and the second invoice.
- 30 days after
Anything that doesn't match the scope, we fix.
What's not included
- Writing a blog or posting on social media every month. Ask for a monthly quote if you want ongoing changes.
- Paid ads, or a promised number of visitors, leads or rankings.
- Online shops with a catalog and checkout. Those are quoted on the custom builds page.
- Logos and brand identity from scratch. We work with the logo and colours you have, or a simple wordmark.
The site you're reading is the portfolio
We have no client sites to show yet, so judge us by this one: we designed, wrote and built it, and it has no trackers, and no third-party scripts outside the payment page. The before and after above uses a business we made up, to show the kind of change a rebuild makes. The demos are working pages for made-up businesses too.
Who you'll work with
Sean Solano Paul, the founder, replies to your form, does or checks every piece of the work, and answers your email himself.

Sean Solano Paul, founder. You deal with him directly: he runs the free check, writes the report and answers your email. AutonomicsAI LLP, Bangalore.

Questions people ask first
What does it cost?
The review is free. A one-page site is $900, a site of up to 5 pages $1,800, and a site with a quote or booking form $2,900. Half up front, half on launch. Domain and hosting are paid by you, in your name.
What's the difference between this and the $300 landing page?
The $300 landing page adds one page to a site you already have. The $900 site is a whole site from nothing: the domain and hosting set up, the writing, the design and the form.
I'm a roofer, remodeler or exporter. Which page is for me?
Start with your trade page. The pilots there add a quote form or project pages to the site you have, from $300. Exporters who want a full site of spec pages and an RFQ form can get it on the exporters page, built for export catalogues.
Who owns the site?
You do, once it's paid: the domain, the hosting account, the pages and the writing. Our own reusable tools stay ours, and you can keep using them as part of what we built (clause 10 of the terms of service).
What if it isn't live on time?
If it isn't live by the date in your statement of work, counted from the day we have your content and access, you get the deposit back. The clock pauses only while a draft is waiting for your answer.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
Yes. You get a one-page guide to changing text, prices and photos. If you'd rather we did it, ask for a monthly quote.
Who are you?
Autonomics AI is the trading name of AutonomicsAI LLP, registered in India (LLPIN ADA-5258). It's a small studio, so you deal with Sean Solano Paul, the person doing the work. More about us.
Where are you based?
Bangalore, India. We work in US dollars with businesses in the US and elsewhere, and keep US business hours by arrangement, so a call at 10 am your time is fine if you book it. Email gets a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
Can I talk to someone?
Yes. Use the contact form or email hello@autonomicsai.in, and suggest two times for a 15-minute call. You'll talk to Sean. Nobody will call you unless you ask.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for first drafts and for checking our own work. A person reads and tests everything before it goes on your site or reaches one of your customers, and we'll tell you which parts were drafted with AI.
