What the report looks like

The free check, run on our own domain and written the way you'd get it: what we found, the status, and the fix with who makes it.

DNS check: autonomicsai.inChecked from public DNS, 5 November 2026
  1. SPF

One record: v=spf1 include:_spf.mx.cloudflare.net include:_spf.google.com ~all. 2 DNS lookups, well under the limit of 10.

    Fine
  2. DKIM

Two 2048-bit keys: Cloudflare's at cf2024-1._domainkey (forwarding and notices) and our sending provider's at resend._domainkey (customer emails and our own mail). Test messages show DKIM pass, signed as autonomicsai.in.

    Fine
  3. Tidy-up

SPF still includes _spf.google.com, but nothing sends through Google for this domain any more.

    Tidy

FixRemove the Google include from SPF.

  4. DMARC

v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:sean@autonomicsai.in; adkim=r; aspf=r. Moved from p=none on 5 Nov after confirming every sender is signed: receivers now put mail that fails into spam.

    Fine

The free DNS check, run on our own domain and shown as you would get it, from public DNS on 5 November 2026. Read the full sample report.

What you get

  • A free DNS check first. We look up the public SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your sending domain and email you what's there and what's missing. Public DNS only, so we need no access for it.
  • Authentication. SPF: every service that sends as you is included, in one record, under the 10-lookup limit. DKIM: each sending service signs with your domain and the key is long enough. DMARC: policy, alignment and a reporting address, with a step-by-step plan for tightening the policy safely.
  • Blocklists. Your domain and sending IP addresses checked against the main public blocklists, including Spamhaus. If you're listed, we tell you which list, the usual cause and the removal steps. Removal is up to the list owner, so we can't promise it.
  • Warm-up and volume. Daily sends per mailbox, how new mailboxes were ramped up, whether cold email goes out from your main domain, and the sending pattern. You get a ramp plan with numbers per day.
  • List hygiene. Your bounce and complaint numbers, how unsubscribes are handled, and, if you send us a list export, every address checked for bad syntax, duplicates, role addresses like info@ and domains that can't receive mail.
  • Content. Up to 3 of your templates read for the things filters weigh: link and tracking domains, shortened links, image-to-text balance, a plain-text version, the unsubscribe line and wording that reads like bulk mail.
  • The report, within 5 business days of getting access: each problem, why it matters, the fix and who on your side makes it, most urgent first. An optional 30-minute call to go through it, and a fresh DNS check after you've made the changes, any time in the next 30 days.

What we need from you

  • The domain you send from, and a list of every service that sends email as you: your mailbox provider, marketing tool, CRM, help desk and billing system.
  • Read access to your DNS, or an export or screenshot of the records.
  • Your sending numbers for the last 30 days, per mailbox if you have them: sends, bounces and spam complaints. Read-only access to the sending tool works too.
  • Up to 3 email templates you send most.
  • A list export, only if you want the address checks.

We never need a password. Where a tool allows it, add us as a read-only user. A list export holds personal data, so the data processing agreement covers how we handle it, and we delete it when the audit is done.

How it goes

  1. Today

You send the form with your sending domain.

  2. Within 1 business day

The free DNS check arrives by email: what your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records say, and what's missing.

  3. You say go

We send a short statement of work and the invoice. The $750 audit is paid up front.

  4. Day 1

We have the access and numbers on the list. The 5-business-day clock starts.

  5. Days 1 to 4

We check each area. If something urgent turns up, like a blocklist listing, we tell you that day rather than wait for the report.

  6. Day 5 at the latest

The written report. Book the 30-minute call if you want one.

  7. Within 30 days

Make the changes, tell us, and we check your DNS again and confirm what's fixed.

What's not included

  • Making the changes for you. The report gives the exact records and settings. If you'd like us to make them, we quote that first.
  • Running your campaigns, writing your sales emails or managing your sending each month.
  • Paid address verification services. We check syntax, duplicates, role addresses and whether a domain can receive mail.
  • More than one sending domain. Each extra domain is quoted before we start.
  • A promise of inbox placement or open rates. Mailbox providers decide that, and nobody honest can promise it.
  • Legal advice on email law. We point out where an unsubscribe or address line is missing, but we're not lawyers.

Why we can do this

We built our own outreach tool for our sales email, and the rules in it are the ones this audit checks: each mailbox is capped at 20 emails a day, a new mailbox starts at 5 a day and ramps up over about three weeks, every email carries an unsubscribe header and line, one suppression list covers every campaign, and a mailbox pauses itself if hard bounces go over 2%. It's in-house work, not client work, so instead of client results we show you the work: the sample report on our own three domains, in the same format you'd get.

Questions people ask first

What does it cost?

The DNS check is free. The audit is $750 for one sending domain, paid up front, with the report within 5 business days of getting access.

What exactly is the guarantee?

If the written report isn't with you within 5 business days of us getting the access and numbers listed under "What we need", you get the whole $750 back. The clock pauses while we wait for something from you. It's about delivery time only, not about where your email lands.

Is the $750 credited if we want ongoing help?

Yes. If you start a retainer within 30 days of getting the report, the full $750 comes off the first retainer invoice. Deliverability management is described on its own page.

Will this get our email out of spam?

We can't promise that. Gmail, Outlook and the other providers decide where mail lands, and they weigh your sending history too. What we can do is find every problem that's in your control and tell you how to fix it. Most of the fixes are small DNS and settings changes.

What's the difference between the free check and the audit?

The free check reads your public DNS records. The audit adds blocklists, your sending numbers, warm-up, your list and your templates, and ends with a written fix list and a re-check.

Do you need our passwords?

No. A read-only user, an export or screenshots are enough. If you share a list export, we delete it when the audit is done.

We send cold email. Is that a problem?

No. We check it the same way, and we'll suggest sending it from a separate domain so it can't hurt the email your customers rely on.

Who are you?

Autonomics AI is the trading name of AutonomicsAI LLP, registered in India (LLPIN ADA-5258). It's a small studio, so you deal with Sean Solano Paul, the person doing the work. More about us.

Where are you based?

Bangalore, India. We work in US dollars with businesses in the US and elsewhere, and keep US business hours by arrangement, so a call at 10 am your time is fine if you book it. Email gets a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Can I talk to someone?

Yes. Use the contact form or email hello@autonomicsai.in, and suggest two times for a 15-minute call. You'll talk to Sean. Nobody will call you unless you ask.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for first drafts and for checking our own work. A person reads and tests everything before it goes on your site or reaches one of your customers, and we'll tell you which parts were drafted with AI.
