For CBSE schools: the disclosure page, built to Appendix IX
CBSE asks every affiliated school to publish its Mandatory Public Disclosure on its own website, in the format of
Appendix IX. We build that page with your documents, in the board's five sections, and the care plan keeps it current each session.
CBSE schools only. You supply the self-attested documents; we don't sign or certify them.
- A. General information: name, affiliation number, school code, address, principal, contact details.
- B. Documents and information: each certificate linked as the self-attested copy you supply.
- C. Results and academics: fee structure, academic calendar, school management committee, PTA, board results for the last three years.
- D. Teaching staff: principal, teachers by PGT, TGT and PRT, the teacher-section ratio, special educator and counsellor.
- E. School infrastructure: campus area, classrooms, labs, internet, toilets, and a video inspection link.
Why a phone first
Most parents will see your site on a phone. Two general web studies, not studies of schools:
- Google found that 53% of mobile site visits are abandoned when a page takes longer than three seconds to load
(Google, "Find out how you stack up to new industry benchmarks for mobile page speed", 2017, from 2016 Google Analytics data).
- In a Deloitte study commissioned by Google ("Milliseconds Make Millions", 2020; retail, travel and lead-generation
brands in Europe and the US), a 0.1 second faster mobile site moved 21.6% more lead-generation visitors on to the form page.
These are not promises about your school. We don't promise more enquiries or admissions.

Questions schools ask first
Do we have to be a CBSE school?
No. The website works for any board. The disclosure page built to Appendix IX is for CBSE schools, because CBSE requires it; ICSE and state-board schools get the same clear admissions and fee pages without it.
Will this get us more admissions?
We don't promise that, and nobody honest can. We promise the work: a site that is fast on a phone, with the enquiry form and the facts parents look for where they can find them, live by the date in the written scope.
Who owns the website?
The school does: the domain, the content and the pages, once the work is paid for. We work with access you can take back.
Are prices before GST?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees, and GST is added where it applies. Half is paid when you agree the written scope, half when the site goes live.
What about school management software?
Scholita, our school management software, is available for pilot schools. Ask about it on the call; it isn't part of these prices.
Who does the work?
Sean Solano Paul, the founder, in Bengaluru. He does or checks every piece of it.
